Venues & Vendors
Rev. Marian often performs wedding ceremonies at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church in beautiful downtown Kirkland, WA where she serves as minister. The Northlake campus offers two lovely venues for your wedding and reception: a large sanctuary which seats up to 200, and a historic chapel which seats 100. More information is available at Church and Chapel Rentals. You can also arrange to tour the facilities by calling 425-495-2373.
Kirkland is located on the shores of Lake Washington and directly east of Seattle, just a short drive across the 520 Evergreen Bridge. Kirkland is home to award-winning hotels, restaurants, beautiful parks, marinas and shoreline locations for your wedding and festivities. Wherever you choose to get married – public space or private home or garden, Rev. Marian will be happy to perform your ceremony at the venue of your choosing.

In neighboring Woodinville, there are many wineries that can also accommodate wedding and receptions.
There are many vendors who can help you plan, execute, and celebrate your wedding. The list can be as short or expansive as your tastes and budget. Some couples ask their family and friends to help, some are do-it-yourselfers, while others want professional guidance to make their dreams come true.
Rev. Marian does not endorse vendors (beyond Northlake Church and Chapel), but for your convenience, she has included a partial list of necessities, elements and services that you might wish to consider. There are many resources for wedding checklists including this timeline from Here Comes the Guide. This list might seem overwhelming but remember, you control the budget and scope of your wedding. Celebrate grandly but within your means. Most of all, enjoy YOUR day!
